1987: Celtics in NBA Finals

The last time the Boston Celtics made it to the NBA Finals was 1987, led by Larry Bird, Kevin Mchale, and Robert Parrish. The Celtics lost to the Magic Johnson led Lakers in the Finals, 4 games to two. 1987 was also the year that Eric B. & Rakim exploded onto the scen with Paid in Full, which has proven to be a Hip Hop Classic.
