It's time for a college football playoff. Seriously.

Ok, I enjoy SEC football. But watching the "National Championship Game" is like watching Kentucky basketball this year...you know UK is gonna win, but you watch anyway. I love seeing a blowout and watching Patrick, John, and Demarcus demoralize the other team...but eventually it gets old and I change channels to reruns of NCIS.

That's what this football game has become. LSU, Florida, and now Bama are just making whoever the sacrificial lamb from out west is look incredibly bad. There's no football that compares to SEC football. And until there is a true playoff, this will be the case. SEC demolishes whoever gets stuck playing them. At least with a playoff, there will be TWO SEC TEAMS competing for the title...and then I'd have to choose sides.
