What? It was a clean hit...


I am not buying ANY of the excuses given for Wilbur Hackett Jr. knocking down South Carolina quarterback Stephen Garcia. If you watch the video, I think it's obvious that not only does the umpire put himself in position to make the tackle, he follows through with the tackle, then gives the cocky stance over the QB after. Need I remind anyone who's seen this story, Hackett played for Kentucky in 1968-70....and Garcia ruined Rich Brooks latest chance to knock off Steve Spurrier last week? I'm just sayin'...

Then again, maybe Wilbur was in need of a Bud Light. It was a clean hit, after all...
