WTF is David Stern thinking?

Let's see if I've got this straight.

You're teammate gets body checked into the scorer's table (Robert Horry knocking Steve Nash off of the court), and you step one millimeter away from the bench, SUSPENDED.

However, if you grab another player by the back of his head, while he's in mid-air trying to score, and try to slam his face into the court, NOT SUSPENDED.

Got it. Thanks Commish. By that rationale, Kevin Everett would have gotten several delay of game calls before he was ejected from the game, and then (since he wouldn't have left the court) he'd have been arrested for trespassing.
