Something that hasn't been reported yet is what happened here. To me, sounds like he was ready for his appointment with the masseuse, and either had an allergic reaction to medication, or some kind of heart defect that was unknown to him. Just my hunch, but we'll see.

Don't you love the knee jerk reactions to "surrounded by pills" though? Damn media....
