There isn't a state in the union that has a drinking age lower than 21. She's 20. Her date of birth is July 2, 1986, according to IMDB. If you really wanted her to stop drinking, all you'd have to do is enforce the laws of the city, county, and state that she's in.

To be honest, I really don't care if she's a drunk or not. I just wish her, Brit, Paris, and Nicole would all go away. Please?
